He has gained experience by traveling the globe combining authentic recipes of multiple cultures and has earned his name as Fusion Chef.  There are just a few certified members of The World Master Chefs Society in the U.S. In Jun 2023 Chef Mark Wilson was certified as an World Master Chef #0646 USA.
